Red Lion Hotel Houston Intercontinental Airport, Houston

Overall, my stay was characterized by exceptional service and professionalism from the staff, particularly during a large event I was attending. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were impressive, with every room well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable experience. However, there were a few minor hiccups, like a slight charge for a security deposit that took longer than expected to be refunded, which was a bit frustrating. Nonetheless, the outstanding help from the management and staff made my stay enjoyable.
